Spiritual Impressions and ways to Grow

Hey everyone!!😁

I am super excited to do this with you guys.
Living so far away from everyone always makes me feel as if I miss out on so many opportunities for amazing discussions about the one thing I truly love which is our faith. So many times I have sat with Adonis's family talking about church or something we learned or questions that are asked that have turned into wonderful and sometimes deep discussions and wished I could do that with all of you. The things I started thinking about with texting is time differences. I thought what if I had a profound thought or question come to me and it is 11pm here but midnight in Utah and everyone is asleep or 2 am in Ohio. I don't want to wake anyone up and I don't want to lose that spirit in thought or question I had by holding back to send because I don't want to wake anyone up. I thought about doing a FB page but here is a few problems with that. Dad does not have a page, my husband does not have one and Matt isn't on at all either. So then I thought of a Blog. This way we can open it up and see what everyone is saying add in our opinions and questions and add pictures or church videos etc. I am not as good as my brothers as what is the best sites out there but we all have access to Google on our computers and on our phones so thought this was possibly our best bet. Let me know what you think....

I really hope everyone participates. We need to remember that although we are all of the same faith many of us may have a difference in opinion, levels of spiritual growth and may not always see eye to eye. We need to respect that. The object is to be open minded to not only see and hear what someone is saying but being willing to share thoughts as well.

I love you all so much and feel this another way to help us as a family not only grow closer to the lord but possibly grow closer as a family.

  1. Heres food for thought by
    Elder Andersen declared:

“As we find our way in a world less attentive to the commandments of God, we will certainly be prayerful, but we need not be overly alarmed. The Lord will bless His Saints with the added spiritual power necessary to meet the challenges of our day.

“. . . As evil increases in the world, there is a compensatory spiritual power for the righteous. As the world slides from its spiritual moorings, the Lord prepares the way for those who seek Him, offering greater assurance, greater confirmation, and greater confidence in the spiritual direction they are traveling.”
